A visionary systems builder, servant leader, and mental health advocate, he leads with empathy and strategy to advance digital equity and opportunity for returning citizens. Under his leadership, EW has secured over $1 million in funding and forged partnerships with the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Community Justice Exchange, and Jack Dorsey's StartSmall Fund to build trauma-informed, community-driven solutions for liberation.

He has also participated in the Rockwood Leadership Institute and the Dream Justice Cohort for leadership development, and Camelback Ventures.
